Willingham Craft Beer Festival
Uttridge Accounting Ltd is the proud sponsor of the Willingham Craft Beer Festival which will be held at The Ploughmans Hall in Willingham, Cambridgeshire from 28th June to 1st July 2018
In Willingham, we are fortunate to have The Bank Pub, which is one of the leading craft beer pubs in the region. The Bank frequently serves beer from some of the best-known and most sought-after breweries around the country. Jolly Good Beer is a craft beer distribution company who are very well known in the craft beer world. Both the Bank Pub and Jolly Good Beer, along with a small committee of volunteers have lent their expertise to the organisation of this annual event.
This year’s Craft Beer Festival promises to bring over forty beers and ciders, plus gourmet food trucks to Willingham. Craft beers are brewed in small batches by independent brewers who create everything from traditional cask ales right through to the most modern sours and lambics. As in previous years, there will be a beer brewed especially for the festival. Last year, the elderflower pale ale was very popular, so it is going to come back again in a slightly different format. The beer will be brewed by the Three Blind Mice brewery in Ely.
Uttridge Accounting Ltd is the Willingham Craft Beer Festival main sponsor, with additional sponsorship coming from Cambridge Medical Communication. Because of the generosity of both sponsors the festival expects to raise a significant sum from entrance tickets that will be donated to local charities. This year the Over Day Centre and Willingham Youth Trust are the charities of choice. Over Day Centre is an important community service that is used by many Willingham residents and Willingham Youth Trust provide much-needed activities and events for a more youthful age group.
